- Cut the yam into cubes and cook it with 3 litre water,1 tablespoon turmeric powder for 3 minutes and strain the water.
- Take a pan add oil once get heat seasoning it with mustard then add onion tomato ginger garlic paste red chilli powder turmeric powder coriander powder with salt and fry well.
- Fry well and then add tamarind juice,curry and coriander leaves close with a lid for deep fry.
