- Soak urad dal for 4-5 hours.
- Grind it well with minimum water. batter should not turn watery.check picture for consistency..

- Mix batter well and keep it untouched for 10min.
- Heat oil in kadhai to fry pakodas.
- Once oil is hot enough start frying.(do not add too many at a time otherwise it will stick to each other)..
- Wait for it turn golden brown. Keep stiring in between.
- Remove it on plate and serve hot pakodas with chutney of your choice.I served it with homemade coconut with red chilli chutney..
