- Firstly wash urad dal and moong dal and soak them for 4-5 hrs. Strain the water through the strainer and grind in mixer jar to a smooth paste. mix both dal's paste and add salt in it..
- Now heat a pan and put 1 tsp oil in it. now add asafoetida, mustard seeds, dry red chillies and curry leave in it for tadka. Now add this tadka to paste..
- Now add chopped onion, capsicum, green chillies and coriander leaves to paste and mix all together..
- Heat oil for deep fry. Take a ball size portion from wet hand, roll it to a boll. Make a hole in the center with your thumb. Leave it in medium heated oil..
