Ingredients of Rice pudding
- Prepare 1/2 cup of rice.
- It's 500 ml of milk.
- Prepare 4 tbsp of sugar.
- Prepare 100 ml of condensed milk.
- Prepare 1 tsp of vanilla essence.
- It's 1 tbsp of chopped pistachio & tuttifrutti.
Rice pudding instructions
- Soak rice for 2-3 hours, then wash it gently, and strain it. Add some water and put it in mixi and make a thick paste..
- Start boiling some milk,and add those paste to it. Stir it continuously to avoid lumps..
- Stir it till that mixture get little thicken then add sugar and condensed milk. Then start stirring again so sugar and condensed milk mixed properly with that milk mixture..
- After this add few drops of vanila essence, and once that mixture thickens turn off the flame..
- Prepare your mould with little clarified butter greasing,then put those thick mixtures in mould and put it in fridge..
- After this your rice pudding will be perfectly formed, demould them and ready to serve with some chopped pistachio and colourful tutty fruty garnishing....
