- Ab is ko ache se mash kar lain aur namak, laal mirch, haldi, adrak aur sabaz mirch shamil kar lain aur ache se bhon lain..
- Ab tayar besan aur dahi ka tayar kiya howa better shamil karain aur garha hone taq paka lain. (is darmeyan jab taq ubal na ae chamach chalati rahain.).
- Ab pakore ke liye besan mein payaz shamil kar lain aur ache se mix kar lain..
- Phir is mein alo shamil kar ke mix karain..
