Semolina balls/sooji balls instructions
- Dry roast sooji on low flame till it turns aromat (dont burn) keep aside.
- Heat 1tbsp oil in a pan to this add chopped green chilli next add chopped ginger saute well, to this add 2.5cups of water add grated coconut,salt mix well and bring it to boil now add roasted sooji to this no lumps should be formed, when water absorbes sim flame cover and cook for 3mins.

- Coat masala to sooji balls well add some coriander leaves and lemon juice to this, switch off the flame.
- Semolina balls are ready to serve.
