- Prepare wok and oil. let it gets hot for a bout 5 minutes. meanwhile, prepare the batter..
- Pour the vegetables into the batter. this is ready to fry. When the oil hot, put in medium heat.
- Start put a spoonful. this can be done 2 ways. in thick layer or thin. it really doesnt matter. its up to you. (I want mine thin).
- Try not turn, as it will makes it oily. leave it for about 5 minutes, then turn. leave for another 5 minutes. and its done..
