- You need of Irish potato.
- You need of Fresh pepper.

In shallow bowl, mix crushed potato chips and parsley. In another shallow bowl, beat egg and Worcestershire sauce. I used regular baking potatoes with the skin on, tossed them with oil in the bowl, and added salt This chicken was juicy and delicious, and I was really surprised at how crispy the chips were in the microwave. - Wash and season your chicken with Rosemary, curry, knorr, garlic and chicken stock cube..
- Boil till the stock is almost dried.
- Heat vegetable oil in a sauce pan, add sliced onions and little garlic and saute.
- Add the fresh pepper and tatashe and fry for few minutes, then add the chicken with the stock, fry till the sauce dries up..
- Taste and adjust, diced cucumber stir and put off the heat..
- Peel and cut your potatoes into your desired shape..
- Season with stock powder of your choice, I used Benny..
- Heat your oil in a pan then fry..
- Serve with your sauce..
