- Prepare 1 cup of evaporated milk.

- Prepare 1 tsp of vanilla essence rose essence.

- Pour all ingredient except cream in a pot and boil till it bubbles, make sure you stir it.... Remove from flame add cream and beat it well, let it cool a bit then set in moulds on casserole.... Keep in fridge to chill, unmould and top up with chocolate syrup and serve!!.
