- Prepare 2 nos of Tender coconut.
- It's 100 grams of Sugar.
- It's 10 grams of China grass.
- You need 1 Tin of Milkmade.
- It's 1.5 Litres of Milk.

- Take the flesh of tender coconut. Add 2-3 table spoon tender coconut water to the flesh and blend well using a mixer..
- Cut china grass in small (you can use a cutting board and knife or a good scissor. How small the size it will melt quickly and no need of double boiling etc. Boil water in pan(you can take 3/4 cup to 1 cup water). Put the china grass in boil water. Let it boil till heavy bubbles form. Then reduce the flame and simmer it for 3 minutes. After that switch off flame, cover the pan with a lid and rest it for 10 minutes..
- In a heavy bottom pan take milk and milkmaid. Add sugar and boil the milk till sugar get dissolved. Add the china grass mix(sieve through a strainer) to milk mixture. Check the sweetness and add sugar if required..
- Once its get cooled to room temperature pour in to individual mold or in serving dish.
- You can add choco chips in each mold or can garnish with praline/roasted coconut or with chocolate shaving.....etc.
