- You need 1 cup of evaporated milk (thick tin milk).
- Prepare 1/2 cup of condensed milk.
- Prepare 1/2 cup of nestle cream (dessert cream).
- You need 2 tsp of agaragar powder (china grass powder).
- Prepare 1 tsp of rose essence.
- Prepare 1 tsp of elaichi powder.

- All well except essence, saffron strands and cream till it bubbles remove from flame and àdd essence, saffron strands and cream beat well then cool for 10 mins, pour on pudding moulds any you desire or bowls and sprinkle blanched nuts then let it cool and set. keep in fridge to chill unmould and serve!!.
