- Prepare 3 cups of sella rice.
- You need 1 kg of mutton with bones.
- You need of for yakhni.
- Prepare 2 of medium onion.
- You need 2 of whole garlic cloves.
- You need of Whole (sabut) garam masala.
- You need of garam masala ingredients.
- Prepare 2 tbsp of saunf.
- It's 2 tbsp of sabut dhania.
- It's 2 of bay leaves(tez pata).
- It's 5-6 of green cardamom.
- You need 2 of black cardamom.
- It's 2 tbsp of cumin seeds (safaid zeera).
- You need 5 cloves of (loung).
- It's 2 of star anise(badiyaan ke phool).
- It's 2 of cinnamon sticks (dalcheeni).

- Prepare 2 of medium sliced onion.
- It's 2 of medium tomatoes.
- Prepare Half of tspn garam masala powder.
- It's 1 of tspn cumin seeds (safaid zeera).

Mutton yakhni pulao instructions
- First of all make yakhni in a pot add half of water of your pot add meat,onion,garlic and all the whole garam masala.
- When the water reduced half and meat become tender strain out the yakhni in a bowl and separate the meat.
- Now take a pot add 2 medium sliced onion make it light brown add tomatoes,green chillies,garam masala powder,salt,1 tspn cumin seeds and all the mutton.
- Cook for 5 minutes,then add 4 cups of yakhni for 3 cups of rice stir it once with light hands.
- When 1 cup yakhni left sprinkle half tspn of garam masala powder on top and put on dum for 10 minutes in low flame.
- After 10 minutes take it out serve hot and enjoy with kachoomar salad and raita !.
