- You need of Yakhni/Stock:.
- Prepare 1 kg of Mutton.
- It's 1 1/2 liter of Water.
- It's 1 tsp of Salt.

- Prepare of Onions 2 medium sliced.
- It's 6 cloves of Garlic.

- It's 4 of Green chillies.
- It's 1 tsp of Salt.
- You need of Tomatoes 2 sliced.
- You need 1 tsp of Red chilli powder.
- Prepare of Zeera 1 tbsp crushed.
- Prepare 1 tbsp of Garam masala.
Mutton Yakhni Pulao instructions
- For stock put all the ingredients in a pan and cook till mutton is tender. Strain the stock, and take out mutton pcs separately..
- In a pan put oil, fry onions till golden..
- Chopperize garlic, ginger and green chillies..
- Then add it in fried onions and saute. Add in tomatoes and red chilli powder along with 1/4 cup water and cook it till softened..
- Add in mutton n fry it well for 3 to 4 minutes.Add in stock 7 glasses, zeera and garam masala. Check salt too..
- When boil occurs add rice and cook on high flame till tender and water evaporates too by covering the lid..
- Put on dum till done. Dish out,serve with raita!.
