- Prepare 2 cups of milk.
- You need 3 tbs of sugar.
- Prepare 3 tbs of corn flour/ rice flour.
- Prepare 1/4 tsp of rose water.

Muhallabia(milk pudding) step by step
- Prepare all your ingredients.
- In a bowl put in half a cup of milk and add in the corn flour, mix till well incorporated.
- Place the remaining 1 and 1/2 cup of milk and sugar in a sufuria/pan and put on medium high heat.
- When the milk is about to boil, add in the corn flour mixture and stir.
- Keep on stirring and do not stop or else it might burn or stick to the bottom of the pan.
- Stir till the mixture starts to thicken then remove from heat..
- Add in the rose water and allow the mixture to cool..
- Once cool, transfer to your bowl, cover with a cling film and let it chill in the refrigerator for about 2 hrs.
